Are leaders born or made? That’s the age-old question. The science shows that leaders are mostly “made”, and we stand behind this with absolute certainty! Here, at Energy Core Coaching, we believe that leaders become leaders by stepping into leadership. A bit of a tongue-twister, isn’t it? But, more than a tongue-twister, investing in leadership has explicit benefits that branch into every aspect of a company. 

 

That’s why we’ve worked day and night to create this new leadership training program. Our program focuses on our unique emerging leadership program.

 

With our emerging leadership method, you’ll be amazed as the participating individual picks up the confidence and tools necessary to employ change. We’re not talking about trend or situational-based leadership. This method is designed to teach foundational skills to create confident leaders who are decisive, connected, and innovative.  Areas of teachings include:

Our program is ideal for high potential individuals who are on the track to becoming management candidates in the 12 - 18 month range or new leaders who've been in their position for less than 2 years. If you want to join and don’t fit into the criterias above, we still welcome you with open arms! Refresh and develop leadership skills that are essential for successful companies (and life in general).
