Our approach is simple, but the webinar doesn't quite touch on it. Our phone strategy session would talk more about this, but I’d be happy to share it with you here.
So after our initial conversation and discussing if we’re a good fit, we can get the show on the road!
We would first want to meet with your CPA. This is because a business owner's CPA is typically one of their most trusted advisors and is impartial to the conversation. Once the CPA gives the thumbs up to our process, we can finally begin looking at clients that match what we’re looking for.
We also have a Client Information Questionnaire (CIQ). This is the first step we take with potential clients to find the needs they have. This general questionnaire takes only 5 -10 minutes. See the below link for you to use to see what a client goes through.

Once they complete the questionnaire, I’ll receive an email with the client’s answers. You and I would then use it to develop opportunities available to the client.
Here’s where the genius lies in our model: just like how we asked to talk with your CPA, we would do the same with the client, and meet with their CPA. This is what’s so valuable to you when it comes to referrals - you’ll now have 2 CPAs (yours and the client’s) who know what you do for your clients and the additional value you bring to the table.
Then all you have to do is rinse and repeat. It’s that simple. We have our process scripted to simply begin the process. You can be involved as much you want to be.
